Teemup provides an AI-powered construction project management platform ("Service"). The Service allows contractors to plan projects, coordinate teams, automate tasks, and manage construction workflows using AI assistance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

**Registration**: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. **Account Responsibilities**: You agree to: • Keep your account information current and accurate • Not share your account credentials with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Use the Service only for lawful construction management purposes • Not exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limits **Account Termination**: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization • Use automated scraping or data extraction • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against users who violate these guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS You acknowledge that construction involves inherent risks and that AI assistance should be used as a tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.

**Our Content**: We retain all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content. **Your Content**: You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service. **Feedback**: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without obligation to you.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion: • Your personal data will be removed within 30 days • Content you created (projects, tasks) will be permanently deleted • Any active subscriptions will be canceled • You will lose access to the platform immediately We recommend exporting any important data before deletion. We are not obligated to restore data after account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
